Who provides the game
Grongle Manor is provided by UAPRAD Ltd, company number 17328583, at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. Contact contact@uaprad.org about the game, accessibility or a purchase concern.
The game is intended for adults aged 18 or older. It contains fictional horror, pursuit and sudden scares. You do not need a UAPRAD account to play.
Your hunt
Each hunt starts with three lives and twenty hidden pumpkins. Items found during play can provide additional lives or one-use protection. Continuing after losing your lives retains your pumpkins, keys and discoveries. Starting a new hunt reshuffles the pumpkins.
The optional timed mode has a forty-five-minute limit. Advertising pauses game time. Extra lives do not extend an expired timed hunt. Lives and other game rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside the game.
Advertising and the upgrade
The free edition can show scheduled adverts at saved five-pumpkin checkpoints and the completed-hunt break. A checkpoint waits for pursuit and other active interactions to finish. Adverts are separated by a minimum interval; missed or unavailable adverts do not accumulate for later playback.
The optional one-time upgrade removes scheduled adverts in the Grongle Manor Android app and includes one separate continuation with three bonus lives per hunt. Paid players still start with three lives. The upgrade applies to this app only.
Optional rewarded adverts remain available in both editions. After available lives are exhausted, you can choose to watch an advert for one extra life. There is no fixed cap on repeated rewarded continuations. A life is granted only when the advertising service confirms the reward; cancelling or leaving without earning it does not grant a life. Rewarded adverts depend on availability.
Purchases and restoration
The upgrade has no subscription or recurring charge. Google Play shows the price in your local currency before you confirm a purchase. UAPRAD does not receive your payment-card number.
Paid benefits become available after a completed purchase has been verified. A pending payment does not grant benefits. You can restore the upgrade using the Google Play account that owns it. Restore purchase requires an internet connection.
A verified purchase receipt permits up to seven days of offline paid access before another ownership check is needed. Reconnecting to verify an existing purchase does not charge you again. Refunded or revoked purchases can lose paid benefits when ownership is checked; your saved hunt remains available.
Google Play handles its checkout and refund process. Your statutory rights for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content remain in force. You can also contact contact@uaprad.org for help.
Saved progress and backups
Your hunt and settings are stored on your device. Export a backup to keep a separate copy. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app can remove local progress. Backups you export remain in the location you choose until you remove them.
An active-hunt backup can be transferred between the website game and this app. A backup containing no remaining lives and retained pumpkins uses the app's continuation rules and may not be accepted by the website game. Importing a backup replaces the current hunt; export it first if you want to retain both.
Game updates
The bundled game can be played offline. You can check for game-content updates from the main menu. Downloaded game packs must pass signature and integrity checks and are applied outside an active hunt. Native application and SDK updates are delivered through Google Play.
A content update is not a new purchase. Updates and recovery can require free device storage and an internet connection. Keep an exported hunt backup if you want a copy independent of app storage.
Content and software licences
You may install and play the game for personal entertainment. Do not redistribute UAPRAD's game assets or impersonate UAPRAD except where permitted by law or an applicable licence. Playing does not transfer ownership of the characters, artwork, models or music.
Third-party software and fonts have their own licences, available under Software licences in App settings. Those licences may grant additional rights; these terms do not restrict them.
Your legal rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. The mandatory protections of the laws that apply to you remain available.
Material changes to these terms will be shown in the app. Changes do not remove rights you already hold under applicable law. Contact contact@uaprad.org if you need an accessible copy or help resolving a concern.
